This item has an elasticated waist so can fit nicely a range of sizes so for an average build your height will determine what size you buy. If you have a larger waist/girth you will need to size up.

For an AVERAGE build we recommend

S/M up to height around 5ft 7 (1.73m)

M/L up to height around 5ft 10 (1.82m)

L/XL up to height around 6ft 1 (1.86m)

2L up to 6ft 4 (1.95m)
